On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my great privilege and pleasure to welcome you to the third Accelerated Development of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery—ADOMS 3—held here at the Hilton Hotel, Bandung, from the 1^st to the 7^th of December 2025.

We gather under the theme “Current and Comprehensive TMJ and Related Skeletal Treatment.” The temporomandibular joint lies at the very intersection of function, aesthetics, and quality of life. Advances in diagnosis, imaging, biomaterials, surgical technique, orthodontic biomechanics, and rehabilitative care now allow us to address TMJ and associated skeletal disorders with unprecedented precision and interdisciplinarity. This symposium aims to survey those advances critically, to identify gaps in knowledge, and—most importantly—to foster collaboration across borders, specialties, and generations of clinicians and scientists.
